Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), known for its modern facilities; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, opening this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.

In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work within the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.

This role starts from January 1, 2026.

Your Mission

• Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
• Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
• Supporting test and deployment planning for ERS components
• Coordinating component assembly planning with responsible teams
• Optimizing development processes and methods
• Analyzing technical data and preparing progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, including project management
• Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environment
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies
• Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
