Job Description:

Our team is part of the Audi F1 Project, which will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The project involves multiple locations, including Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK, with responsibilities spanning power unit development, chassis, and race operations.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. The role involves working with the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance for racing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshop
• Assisting in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
• Supporting budget planning for ERS projects
• Planning cross-departmental tests and deployment of ERS components
• Coordinating component assembly planning with responsible teams
• Optimizing development processes and methods
• Analyzing technical data and preparing progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Candidate profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination
• Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical and structured working approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
• Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
