Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team spans three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. The UK facility will focus on the development of chassis and race operations, supporting the performance of our power unit from Neuburg.

We are seeking a Technical Staff Support Specialist to work within the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. This role involves supporting the department management in developing and testing key components of the power unit to enhance performance and competitiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshop
• Plan, coordinate, and implement ERS development projects, including monitoring
• Support budget planning for ERS projects
• Coordinate testing and deployment planning for ERS components
• Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams
• Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods
• Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, with project management skills
