Job summary

Hydrasun is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to handle customer enquiries, provide product support, and build strong customer relationships. You will help achieve sales targets, review quotations, and promote Hydrasun products and services.

You will be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, operate in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients while upholding Hydrasun’s standards.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed.
• College or apprenticeship in sales or customer services is desirable.
• Training in selling techniques is desirable.
• Basic engineering principles qualification is desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer satisfaction levels and demonstrate value for money.
• Process enquiry intake, quotations, orders and invoiced sales targets.
• Determine Hydrasun price strategy to balance margin and competitiveness.
• Ensure enquiries and orders are processed within agreed timescales.
• Generate revenue from additional products/services (e.g., freight, documentation).
• Provide technical product advice and support to customers and suppliers.
