MICHAEL MCLEAN LTD is hiring a Technical Solutions Specialist in Bedford. This hybrid role mixes on-site collaboration two days a week with three days from home.

You will bridge customers and engineering, solving complex technical problems and ensuring smooth integrations across systems. Ideal candidates have strong investigation and root-cause skills, experience with SQL Server/DB2, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.

Qualifications

• Strong technical investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and APIs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and support complex customer solutions.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes and resolve problems.
• Troubleshoot APIs, web services, integrations, databases and logs.
• Support technical implementations, upgrades, migrations and deployments.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and partners to meet requirements.
