Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Solution Engineer in London with hybrid working. You will implement and configure Intapp solutions across client environments, developing integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server. You will lead workshops, train client users, and maintain high delivery quality.

The role requires strong SQL, API (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON, and data-mapping skills, plus the ability to manage multiple engagements and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical implementation, operations, or support within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON; familiar with integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments, translating business requirements into configurations.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, including data mapping and validation.
• Lead client-facing workshops and walkthroughs, communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes of integration and system issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes.
• Deliver administrative training and maintain documentation to uphold quality standards.
