Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support for internal and external customers.
• Manage work requests that describe issues, software bugs or customer problems.
• Develop fixes or SQL scripts to resolve problems or locate patches to apply.
• Provide process analysis and recommend improvements.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotations for off-hours issues.
• Take calls from VIP customers for urgent issues and document resolutions.
