Job summary

Mbnsolutions is hiring in a brand-new role within a global media business to lead data engineering and solution architecture for a major international client. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

The role focuses on managing a team of data engineers, setting engineering standards, and driving delivery across AWS data infrastructure, including Redshift and dbt. Strong SQL skills and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Media data experience essential, with strong understanding of advertising or campaign data.
• Hands-on SQL expertise and the ability to review code and guide engineering decisions.
• Experience managing data engineers and overseeing technical delivery.
• Experience leading client conversations and translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of data engineers.
• Own the technical direction, solution architecture and engineering standards across the account’s data infrastructure.
• Oversee development and coding, including code reviews and quality.
• Lead technical client meetings and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
