Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead for Integration & Digital Solutions, responsible for a broad range of integrations and platforms. The role spans EDI, APIs, middleware, and internal web platforms, balancing maintenance with development and automation.

You’ll lead cross-technology initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical direction for integration, automation and system improvements across the technology function.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with PHP and REST APIs is required.
• Proficient in XML, JSON and CSV data formats and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues.
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/integration processes.
• Ability to own technical issues from investigation to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain EDI and e-procurement integrations across customers and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain integration maps using XML, CSV and JSON on Babelway.
• Onboard new integrations by working with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain internal integration scripts using PowerShell, PHP and TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues ensuring reliable information movement.
• Provide technical ownership across internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Design and maintain integrations between internal systems and external platforms.
• Develop Pentaho ETL transformations for the PIM environment.
• Build integrations between MS SQL Server and external services.
• Investigate data and integration issues to identify technical solutions.
