Job summary

Intapp in London is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Services Delivery team. You will implement Intapp solutions across client environments, translating complex business needs into robust configurations and scalable integrations.

The role involves leading client workshops, developing integrations with Boomi, Intapp Integrate and SQL Server, delivering training, and maintaining documentation to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end integrations in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and data transformations.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON and data mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with Boomi or similar integration platforms and RegEx for data parsing and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments, translating requirements into workflows and technical configurations.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server, including data mapping and validation.
• Lead client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes of integration and system-level issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and assets.
• Deliver administrative training and maintain documentation to uphold implementation quality standards.
