• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities/projects.
• Experience preparing quotations and technical proposals.
• Willingness to travel for visits and exhibitions if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and application support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Review customer specifications and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Support customer projects from enquiry through to delivery.
• Investigate technical issues, customer complaints and process improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and Production teams.
• Assist with customer visits, site surveys, exhibitions and technical presentations when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business development projects.
