Job summary

83zero is seeking a Technical Consultant to design, implement and support secure technical solutions for a varied client base across the UK. You’ll work with customers and senior stakeholders, producing high‑quality technical documentation and supporting pre‑sales activities.

Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server skills, enterprise networking (Juniper, Cisco or HPE) and hands‑on consultancy are essential. SC clearance eligibility and on‑site support will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and delivering secure technical solutions.
• Proven ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and proposals.
• Hands-on technical support alongside consultancy.
• SC clearance eligibility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand technical needs.
• Provide technical support to customers, including occasional on-site support.
• Produce and contribute to RFP, ITT, RFI, SoW, HLD and LLD documentation.
• Provide technical consultancy and guidance throughout customer engagements.
• Support the pre-sales process with technical expertise, proposals and solution design.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement and security of internal IT environment.
