Job summary

Talent Octopusventures is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant in Cardiff, UK, responsible for implementing LexisNexis Risk Solutions identity products across multiple delivery channels and providing third-level escalation support.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, sharing knowledge, diagnosing root causes, and guiding customers through installation, configuration, and optimization to sustain revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills; must communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Advanced-level consultative skills with ability to collaborate and explore options.
• Working knowledge of C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, HTML, XML and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge and best practices with customers to advance implementation completion.
• Analyze customer pain points using data quality concepts to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with and escalate to appropriate resources to resolve issues, owning customer correspondence until resolved.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support, keeping project plans up to date.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients of varying levels of technical understanding.
• Utilise expertise to provide 3rd level support for customers.
• Perform duties as reasonably assigned.
