LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to implement identity products across delivery channels and provide third-level escalation support. This role partners with Sales, Product and Support to translate client requirements into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, HTML, XML and Web Services, including SoapUI/.NET/JavaBeans toolkits, to drive client

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication; must communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Working knowledge of C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Web Services; familiarity with Web Service toolkits (e.g. SoapUI, .NET, JavaBeans).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with customers to advance implementation.
• Use data quality concepts to analyze customer pain points and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with resources to address issues and own customer correspondence until resolved.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support, keeping project plans up to date.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients of varying technical levels.
• Provide 3rd level support for customers.
• Perform duties as reasonably assigned.
