EMEA On-Site Project Lead (Commissioning)

Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Manager (on-site) reporting to the EMEA commissioning Lead. You will support all areas of project delivery and the commissioning phase, assisting with scheduling, organizing, tracking work and progress reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with the project delivery team across PM, logistics, subcontractors and service, traveling extensively within the EMEA region to ensure timely delivery and seamless handover from installation to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Experience working in site-based management / supervisory roles.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Attend site-based meetings and represent the team; regional resource planning.
• Lead installation and commissioning teams; allocate tasks and daily workloads.
• Track progress and report to internal and external stakeholders; manage scheduling and dependencies.
• Coordinate subcontractors and delivery teams; ensure QA issues are raised and addressed.
• Support project delivery through the commissioning cycle and ensure H&S standards.
