Job summary

Quanta Contracts Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager for a commercial fit-out project in the Reading area. The role requires running the full on-site operation, overseeing labour and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client communication.

Candidates should hold CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS, with proven track records in D&B refurbishments. Immediate start and an initial six-month project duration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in D&B refurbishment fit out projects.
• Capable of running the whole project and managing all labour and subcontractors on site.
• Client facing role with effective communication on site.
• Hold CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for the fit-out project.
• Coordinate M&E services with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients and site management to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and reporting.

My client has an immediate need for an expereinced Technical Services Manager / M&E Manager for their Commercial Fit Out project in Reading area

Suitable candidates will have held a similar role within a D&B refurbishment fit out company. They will be convident and capable of running the whole project, managing all labour and sub contractors on site along with being client facing.

Suitable candidates will hold as a minimum CSCS card, Full First Aid and SMSTS.
