Job summary

4Site Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Technical Services Manager in London to oversee M&E from pre-construction through to completion. The role focuses on reviewing designs and coordinating technical services with designers, consultants and project teams.

The ideal candidate will manage M&E subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, compliance and programme requirements are met, and oversee commissioning, snagging and final handovers throughout projects ranging from £1m to £15m.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience in commercial fit-out/refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of M&E design, technical coordination and building regulations.
• Confident in managing subcontractors and communicating with clients and consultants.
• CSCS card required, SMSTS preferred.

We are working with a leading main contractor specialising in commercial office fit-out and refurbishment, typically delivering projects between £1m and £3m, with larger projects up to £15m.

They are looking for a Technical Services Manager with a strong M&E background to oversee technical services from pre-construction through to completion.
