Job summary

Quanta Contracts Ltd in Reading is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager / M&E Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project on site.

The role requires leading the project, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring safety and quality on site. Immediate start for a six-month contract, with CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading D&B refurbishment fit-out projects on site.
• Strong ability to manage labour and subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders.
• CSCS card, First Aid and SMSTS are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services management for a commercial fit-out in Reading.

My client has an immediate need for an expereinced Technical Services Manager / M&E Manager for their Commercial Fit Out project in Reading area

Suitable candidates will have held a similar role within a D&B refurbishment fit out company. They will be convident and capable of running the whole project, managing all labour and sub contractors on site along with being client facing.

Suitable candidates will hold as a minimum CSCS card, Full First Aid and SMSTS.
