Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to lead all trades on a large New Build site in Manchester. You will oversee from 1st fix to completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while collaborating with the project manager, contractors and client team.

In this role you will manage a team of trades, coordinate procurement, monitor progress and drive best practices in safety and site organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing Fit Out projects.
• Experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the trades team on site.
• Manage health and safety on site.
• Be diligent, attentive and strong on procurement.
• Coordinate with other contractors on site, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time.
• Monitor and track project progress, including any changes to scope or timeline.

Job Description

As a Fit Out Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades and fit out work from 1st fix to completion. This will be working on a large New Build project for the Main Contractor. Works would include This includes overseeing a team of trades, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. As a Fit Out Manager you will work closely with the project manager, contractors, and other team members to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of the client.
