Equans is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Electrical) to lead the Wakefield hospital maintenance teams on a permanent basis. This senior role reports to the Engineering Manager and covers 24/7 on-call responsibilities, subcontractor coordination and delivery of contracted services.
You will drive improvements, ensure SLA adherence, manage safety and compliance, and liaise with NHS stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service.
Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager (Electrical) to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The role holder will report to the Engineering Manager, the Technical Services Manager (TSM) is part of the team of site-based leads for all mechanical, electrical and building fabric technical service delivery. The role incorporates participation on the 24hr on-call rota as part of the local escalation procedures.
The main responsibilities include the management of the maintenance teams, including specialist subcontractors to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the hospital. The TSM is responsible for coordinating site operations in compliance with company, contract and local operating procedures to ensure a standardised approach to the Equans service delivery.
