Job description

A unique location on the famous London’s cultural riverbank, where commerce, creativity, and community are combined, requires a Technical Services Manager.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing the high standard of operational services in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems across the portfolio. The role ensures consistent, seamless, and efficient standards are met, allowing Occupiers and their visitors to focus on their core business.

This is an integral role within a dynamic team.

Ideal Qualifications For This Role Include
  • Preferably professionally registered (IEng or CEng) or working towards this.
  • Preferably HNC or Degree in Building Service Engineering or relevant engineering subject.
  • Preferably equivalent minimum 10 years’ experience at technical engineering management level.
  • Membership of IWFM, AssocRICS, and/or IOSH.
  • Preferably National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health - accredited by NEBOSH.
  • Proven track record of technical problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical customers and team members.
  • Ability to produce technical reports.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, BEMS, and SMART building services.
  • Adept at managing change processes for diverse groups, promoting best practices, and providing strategic advice where appropriate.

Interviewing in January for a start in January or February.
