Job Description:

Location: Anywhere in Europe, remote with travel

Summary:

Leads business expansion initiatives, analytics, and reporting for the Business Management Organization. Supports network growth opportunities through the efficient standardization of business reporting and practices for product and service revenue streams, along with ensuring network adoption of a range of effective digital Business Management tools.

Essential Functions

  • Develops a portfolio services playbook outlining the PSM role, responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
  • Gathers market insights from SBI requests to identify portfolio expansion opportunities and business intelligence for network portfolios.
  • Coordinates PSM resources at sites to align on priorities and objectives, managing demand and cascading projects among sites.
  • Supports multi-site NB opportunities, working on quoting processes and contractual terms, collaborating with SC Global for business allocation.
  • Assists Sales Team with NB opportunities, working with Quotes, Global SC, and PSMs at sites to ensure project success.
  • Supports external partners' feasibility assessments, negotiations, and quotations, ensuring profitability and timelines.
  • Enhances business analytics and deploys dashboards for revenue, forecast accuracy, and growth metrics, contributing to business case development and investment discussions.
  • Continuously improves business expansion strategies, supporting site target attainment and growth opportunities.

Required qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

Experience:

8-10 years in project management or similar, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Business development experience and negotiation skills are advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of GMP and FDA compliance, commercial acumen, advanced negotiation and communication skills, leadership, project management, collaboration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project. Fluent in English.

Customer focus, accountability, continuous improvement, and practical process thinking.

Standards and Expectations:

Adherence to safety policies, quality systems, GMP, and departmental procedures. Maintain a clean workspace, engage in continuous learning, and communicate proactively about risks and improvements.

Physical Requirements:

Standard mobility and visual acuity to perform office tasks effectively.
