Job summary

Boden Group in Manchester is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead asset lifecycle planning and maintenance compliance within a healthcare setting. The role blends technical review of building services with managing lifecycle data, plans and budgets.

You will audit maintenance activity, manage asset data, develop lifecycle plans with budgets and contract compliance, and produce reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

The Role

About You

To be successful as the Technical Services Manager, you'll have:

• Experience and operational knowledge of assets and systems in UK healthcare environments.
• An educational background in mechanical, electrical or building fabric disciplines, with a sound understanding of all three.
• Knowledge of building services and the ability to review compliance and operational documentation objectively.
