300 North Limited invites applications for a Technical Lifecycle Manager to join the on-site Technical Operations team at Manchester Hospital Estate. The role focuses on technical assurance for maintenance and lifecycle programmes within a 24/7 hospital environment.

You will lead asset understanding across M&E and building fabric, guide lifecycle and capital projects, and ensure compliance, safety and efficient handover of assets and systems.

Competenze

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and building fabric.
• Experience managing a large, complex estate in a technical role.
• Experience in healthcare, PFI or other critical engineering environments.
• Experience auditing maintenance, technical documentation and compliance records.
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and replacement strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of HTMs and HBNs.
• Strong grasp of statutory compliance and engineering governance.
• Authorised Person responsibilities in at least one critical discipline.

Mansioni

• Act as a key technical authority across the hospital estate and advise senior teams.
• Develop understanding of M&E and building fabric assets across the estate.
• Audit maintenance activities, PPM regimes and commissioning information.
• Provide guidance on lifecycle and capital replacement projects.
• Review technical designs to fit the existing infrastructure.
• Support safe integration of new/replacement systems in a live hospital.
• Ensure lifecycle works minimise disruption to clinical operations.
• Assure commissioning and project handover.
• Maintain lifecycle and asset-condition data.
• Develop lifecycle plans with asset condition and priorities.
