Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee technical FM services on a key client contract. The role requires strong electrical/engineering background and experience managing engineering teams, contractors and client relationships.

The position involves managing day-to-day service delivery, driving compliance, and reporting to the client. A HVAP badge is preferred; location is Moorgate.

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum

We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join a leading facilities management team, overseeing the delivery of technical services across a key client contract.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong critical/technical facilities management background, with solid electrical knowledge and experience managing engineering teams, contractors and client relationships.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical FM services
• Lead and support engineering teams and specialist contractors
• Ensure PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance are delivered to a high standard
• Manage client relationships and provide regular reporting
• Drive service improvements, compliance and operational performance
• Support with technical and engineering-related projects

About You

• Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager, Technical Account Manager or similar
• Strong electrical/engineering background
• HVAP preferred, ideally currently held or held within the last 5 years
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work
• Experience managing teams, contractors and client stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum
