Job summary

Catch 22 is looking for a Technical Services Project Manager to lead FM input across a prestigious corporate office portfolio in Central London. This role is ideal for a technically strong FM professional eager to influence project delivery and ensure seamless building service operations.

Technical Services Project Manager - Central London - £60,000 to £65,000 + package

Our client is recruiting for a Technical Services Project Manager to take a lead role across a high-profile corporate office portfolio in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong FM professional who enjoys getting close to projects, influencing delivery and ensuring complex building services work smoothly in a live environment.

The role offers £60,000 to £65,000, Monday to Friday working, and a strong benefits package.

You will act as the technical link between site teams, contractors and project stakeholders, making sure works are properly planned, technically sound and delivered with minimal disruption to occupiers.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the technical FM input on building and workplace projects.
• Reviewing designs, proposals and system compatibility.

• Supporting delivery across M&E, BMS, fire, security and fabric systems.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hard services FM experience within complex buildings.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Project delivery experience across mechanical, electrical or fabric works.
• Good understanding of PPM, health & safety, quality and compliance.
• Corporate office experience would be a real advantage.
