Salary/rate and Benefits:
Salary is £50,000-£51,000 with a £4.5k car allowance. Also includes:

Requirements:
Qualifications needed include:
- A technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade such as Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, or F-Gas.
- Solid experience in delivering high-quality hard M&E services in a client-driven multi-site environment.
- Experience in the Facilities Management industry.

A well-established maintenance provider, a renowned UK family-owned development, building, and property maintenance company, is recruiting for a Technical Services Manager in Bradford. The company promotes staff internally and seeks a strong candidate for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing supervisors and overseeing the engineering workforce delivering M&E services, compliance, and OF delivery. Supporting the management and delivery of extra works and M&E/fabric projects.
- Leading, driving, and developing direct reports, ensuring all mandatory training is completed, with a robust succession plan.
- Managing the supply chain, negotiating for best value, procuring in line with targets, and ensuring standards and compliance (Avetta and Construction Line). Conducting annual plan rights and performance reviews.
- Preparing and presenting MI reports to clients during KPI meetings. Managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction. Developing relationships with consultants working for the client.
Candidate requirements:
- Client-facing experience, involving direct interaction with clients or customers.
- Desirable qualifications include BIFM or equivalent, IOSH or NEBOSH certificates, and experience with computer PPM management systems (e.g., Concept). Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numeracy, computer literacy, and good technical knowledge.
