Job Description:

This role involves managing building engineering services, overseeing M&E projects, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and providing technical support across the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Asset management and updating CAFM systems
• Project management for plant replacement and commissioning

• Preparing lifecycle programs and tenders
• Managing suppliers and providing technical reports
• Supporting business development and contract mobilization
• Ensuring QA standards and safety procedures are maintained

Candidate requirements:

• Industry experience in Building Engineering Services
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., BTEC, ONC, HNC, NVQ Level 3)
• NEBOSH or IOSH managing safely certification
