Job summary

CBRE UKI is seeking a Technical Services Manager to act as the technical lead for engineering governance and compliance across a critical infrastructure portfolio in the UK and Ireland. You will ensure engineering standards, support safe operation of critical environments and provide technical leadership to the delivery teams.

In this client-facing role you will oversee HV/LV maintenance programs, EICR/ITEE testing, risk and incident management, and drive continuous improvements in safety,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in complex critical environments (financial services/data centres).
• HV/LV Authorised Person experience; mechanical AP desirable.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance programmes and shutdown activities.
• Strong knowledge of EICR, ITEE, and Safe Systems of Work.
• Experience with governance, risk management and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV and LV maintenance planning and delivery for critical systems.
• Lead the client Charge Request process for works affecting critical environments.
• Act as Authorised Person (Electrical) and progress towards Senior AP status in UKI.
• Own the EICR and ITEE testing programme and Safe Systems of Work.
• Develop SOPs, run scenario testing and investigate technical incidents.
• Own governance reporting and contribute to risk management with the Asset Manager.
• Be the subject matter expert for critical engineering systems and support project integration.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineering Operations Manager, Asset Manager and HSEQ & Compliance Manager.
• Lead and develop the technical team while modelling CBRE RISE values.
