BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Technical Manager to lead delivery of technical services across facilities and critical environments from London accounts, with hybrid working options. You will supervise HV/LV activities, escalate safety concerns, and mentor local engineering teams while aligning with client requirements and BGIS safety rules.

The role reports to the Technical Director and requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to 100% uptime and high-quality service

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for technical leadership and ensure that all technical service commitments are met.
• Act as the Company Qualified Supervisor; ensure paperwork compliance and CPD are up to date.
• Oversee HV/LV activities ensuring full compliance with company electrical rules.
• Mentor and lead operational teams as senior authorized person under the guidance of the Technical Director.
• Design, develop and implement business leading concepts and share with entire company.
• Attend regular meetings with client management to discuss local issues or concerns.
• Promote and maintain BGIS core values across sites.
• Complete Technical site audits and support BGIS Critical Works Process.
