Zusammenfassung

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical and non-critical building services across client occupied sites. You will lead the engineering team, supervise contractors and ensure contracts are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will develop service strategies, monitor plant performance, review procedures, and maintain safety, QA and reporting standards in line with client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised apprenticeship, Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equal.
• Proven experience in business-critical engineering systems.
• Strong people management skills.
• Well organised with good task management skills.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Manage day-to-day supervision of engineering team (day and shift engineers).
• Direct and supervise all contractors and subcontractors, ensuring staff compliance with working practices.
• Maintain health and safety processes and client safety requirements across sites.
• Develop and monitor maintenance plans, reports and building load readings as required.
