Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support change and growth on a major account, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager. You will lead the day and shift engineering team, ensure safe and effective operation of all MEP systems, and drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site in Slough.

You will be accountable for coaching team members, managing contractors, and delivering robust reports for KPI and client reviews, while promoting a strong safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Critical Environments (e.g., data centres, banking HQ).
• MC&Q qualifications listed above or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the site-based engineering team to deliver the SOW.
• Manage day-to-day critical asset and system operations with a focus on uptime.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors; attend site/client meetings as required.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
