Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Services & ESG Manager to lead technical and operational services across a varied portfolio. You will support FM and ESG teams, ensuring safe, compliant MEP operations and strong contractor performance.

The role emphasizes sustainability, governance, and client reporting. You will manage site surveys, energy efficiency initiatives, and small capital projects while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver value and excellent service

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and managing agent operations.
• Strong knowledge of energy management and ESG technical oversight.
• Ability to manage and review contract terms and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Pro‑actively manage day‑to‑day operations of MEP/hard services contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare and present client reports and management information.
• Support ESG life cycle reporting and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering site surveys, audits and action plans.
• Lead maintenance and project delivery for energy and sustainability improvements.
