Responsibilities

• Lead all M&E service delivery and contractor performance.
• Ensure full statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee capital projects from £500k to multi-million-pound schemes.
• Manage occupier fit-outs and provide technical sign-off.
• Develop and manage lifecycle planning and departmental budgets.
• Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis.
