Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Technical Services Manager to lead delivery of technical and operational services across a diverse property portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant, data-driven reporting to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Facilities Management / Managing Agent.
• Experience in energy management and ESG related technical management.
• Good working knowledge of CAFM IT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in contract management and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage day-to-day operations of the MEP maintenance contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contract terms are met.
• Prepare client reports and presentations.
• Review supplier contract specifications and SLAs.
• Lead ESG life cycle reporting and sustainability initiatives.
