Job summary

Savills is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and deliver practical MEP solutions for site issues, supporting a portfolio of capex and lifecycle replacement projects from concept to completion. The role will work with the technical services team to support HSE and energy conservation initiatives and to manage audits and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in management of maintenance contracts and supervision of contractors.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of energy conservation and environmental programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Managers in contract management of MEP services and attend monthly meetings.
• Monitor and analyse plant performance via BMS and reports.
• Conduct audits of plant, equipment and service proposals; review shutdown schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory inspections; manage risk.
