Technical Services Engineer Vacancy - From £31,000, dependent on experience

JW Lees is recruiting for an Engineer to join the Technical Services Team based at our Greengate Brewery in Manchester. This role is essential for the service, installation, and maintenance of our beer dispense systems across the JW Lees estate.

This position is based at the JW Lees Brewery in Middleton, Manchester, with daily travel to our customers across the North West and North Wales.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Service, installation, and maintenance of all beer dispense systems across JW Lees pubs, inns, and hotels, including free trade and pub partnerships.
• Advise trade customers on correct procedures for conditioning and dispensing JW Lees beers.
• Installation and servicing of temporary bars for outside events and festivals.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork, including stock control.
• NAV system experience is preferred but not essential; training is provided.
• Meet productivity performance levels to achieve service level agreements.
• Diagnose and repair faults in JW Lees dispense systems.
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times to ensure safety of yourself, team members, customers, and the public.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Full Driving Licence
• Flexibility to work out-of-hours on a rota — 5pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on weekends, 1 in every 5 weeks.
• Industry experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.
• Experience with beer dispense, brewery, or drinks dispense systems is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to work with tools and enjoy solving technical problems.
