Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, is seeking a Technical Support Administrator in Maidenhead. The role provides administrative, operational and systems support across Technical Services to keep our technical operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You will work with asset records, onboarding activities, reporting and contractor bookings, ensuring accurate processes in a regulated environment. Strong organisational skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy administrative, operational support or technical support role.
• Confidence working with systems, reporting and data management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and systems support across Technical Services.
• Maintain asset records and support field service systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and contractor bookings.
• Support reporting, compliance tracking and other administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Finance, Health & Safety and Operations teams.
