Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, is seeking a Technical Support Administrator to join the Technical Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This remote-based role includes occasional travel to Maidenhead.

You will provide administrative, operational and systems support, maintain asset records, coordinate onboarding, reporting and compliance, and work with Compliance, IT, Finance and Health & Safety to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a busy administrative, operational support or technical support role.
• Confident with systems, reporting and data management.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities.
• Awareness of Health & Safety processes.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and systems support across Technical Services.
• Maintain asset records and support field service systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and contractor bookings.
• Prepare reports and track compliance in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Finance and Health & Safety teams to uphold standards.
