ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Service & Training Manager to lead field engineering capability across the UK. You will diagnose complex faults, coach engineers and subcontractors, and deliver structured technical training while driving safety and quality standards.
The role requires extensive travel across the UK, occasional visits to Ireland and European travel to Sweden for product training.

Working closely with our Service and Operations teams, you will act as a technical expert for complex field issues while supporting the ongoing development and performance of engineers and subcontractors. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role combining complex technical troubleshooting with engineer coaching, training and capability development. You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors and operational teams, personally diagnosing and resolving challenging technical issues while helping to improve technical knowledge and standardise best practices across the business.
