Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator for an office-based role in the UK. The position focuses on coordinating service, maintenance and installation activities across the UK, ensuring projects run on schedule and customers are kept informed.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work with clients, engineers and internal teams to manage workloads, maintain records and deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and planning skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and engineers.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, maintenance and installation activities across multiple sites.
• Schedule engineers and manage workloads to meet service commitments.
• Act as main contact for customers and provide project updates.
