Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are seeking a Service Coordinator for our client, a leading HVAC company based near Edenbridge, Kent. The role focuses on coordinating service visits, scheduling engineers, and supporting the service division across the UK.

You will handle client calls, raise and schedule jobs, manage purchase orders, and ensure plans run smoothly. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with engineer booking software are preferred; a customer‑focussed mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Live within commutable distance of Edenbridge
• Previous Service Coordinator/PPM Coordinator experience
• Experience & knowledge of engineer booking software
• Computer literate & proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Schedule PPM visits for the Engineering division
• Answer inbound calls from clients
• Raising and scheduling jobs
• Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
• Raising purchase orders
