Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment invites applications for a Technical Service Coordinator based in Tooting, London. The role oversees service, maintenance and installation activities across the UK, coordinating engineers, customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Full training provided on company products and industry standards. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will maintain records, manage workloads and deliver excellent customer service throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Essential: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Essential: Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Essential: Confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders.
• Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Essential: Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Essential: Able to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, maintenance and installation activities across multiple customer sites.
• Schedule engineers and manage workloads to meet service commitments.
• Act as a main point of contact for customers and provide project updates.
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules and documentation.
• Track project progress and ensure activities finish within timescales.
• Support preparation of quotations, reports and service documentation.
• Assist with continuous improvement of service processes and admin systems.
• Support the wider team with project coordination as required.
