Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection seeks a Master Baker transitioning to technical sales support for bakery equipment. Home-based, UK-wide coverage with Europe trips for tests and training. You will support the sales team and manage key customer relationships in both large commercial and artisan bakeries.

The role suits an experienced Bakery Manager or Supervisor with product development or continuous improvement experience and ideally automation exposure; relevant bakery qualifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bakery Manager or Supervisor with product development or CI exposure.
• Ideally experience with automated pastry lines.
• Relevant bakery or pastry qualifications and strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to the bakery market and sales team.
• Travel to Europe for product tests, trials and training 4–6 times annually.
• Balance home-based work with client visits across the UK.
