Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a commercially minded Master Baker or Bakery Manager to move into a technical sales support role for a leading bakery equipment manufacturer. The role covers the UK market with home-based work and periodic client visits to support the sales team and deliver product expertise.

You will undergo extensive product training in Europe during the first three months and travel 4–6 times a year.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bakery Manager or Supervisor with product development exposure.
• Experience with automated pastry lines is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to clients and sales team.
• Travel for product tests, trials and training 4–6 times a year.
• Balance home-based work with on-site client visits across the UK.
