Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Master Baker with commercial acumen to move into technical sales support for a bakery equipment manufacturer. The role covers the UK and Ireland with occasional Europe tests and training trips.

You will balance home-based work with client visits alongside the sales team, and you will undergo intensive product training in Europe during the first three months of employment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Bakery Manager or Supervisor with product development or continuous improvement.
• Experience with automated pastry lines.
• Bakery or pastry chef qualifications.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical support to clients and the sales team with a mix of home-based work and client visits.
• 1 week trips to Europe for training and product tests 4–6 times a year.
• Intensive product training in Europe during the first 3 months.
