Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Master Baker for a hybrid, home-based role covering the UK & Ireland, with periodic trips to Europe for product tests and training. The position balances remote work with client visits alongside the sales team.

The successful candidate will have bakery management or supervisory experience, with a focus on product development or continuous improvement, and ideally experience with automated pastry lines.

Qualifications

• Experienced Bakery Manager or Supervisor with experience of product development or continuous improvement
• Ideally experience with automated pastry lines
• Relevant bakery or pastry chef qualifications
• Excellent communications and comfortable working directly with clients

Responsibilities

• Technical support role assisting clients and the sales team with a mix of home-based work and client visits
• Travel to Europe for training and product tests 4–6 times per year, with intensive product training in the first 3 months
