Job summary

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree and 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales or a sales support role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new applications, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations and enter sales orders for spares parts.
• Collaborate with technical support to answer customer questions promptly.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and manage customer inquiries about proposals.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships through proactive contact.
• Advocate for customers regarding order delivery requirements and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure superb customer service from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the UK CS team to ensure best practices and consistent processes.
• Assist in resolving customer claims and ensure policy-driven resolutions.
• Grow the business by maximizing each customer interaction and promoting BW products.
