Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced internal or field sales professional to transition into a UK field sales role for a packaging machinery manufacturer serving the food industry.

You will begin with 3–6 months shadowing an experienced Sales Manager, receive full product training in the UK and Europe, and operate from a home-based setup generating qualified leads via CRM to target £1 million turnover by year three.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment or technical solutions to the food industry.
• Engineering background or experienced field service engineer moving into field sales.
• Ability to operate across the UK with home-based working and CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Move into field sales for a packaging machinery manufacturer with full training.
• Home-based role covering the UK; generate qualified leads using CRM.
• Shadow Sales Manager for 3–6 months during onboarding.
• No first-year targets; aim to reach £1m turnover by year three.
