What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers that rely on advanced temperature and Power solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC/Power equipment.
  • Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.
  • Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
  • Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
  • Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of HVAC or Power Supply equipment.
  • Experience working with rental products.
  • Experience in a technical selling environment.
  • Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust.
